Artisan Youth 2025/26

Welcome to Artisan Youth! Registration helps us get to know your student better and ensures we can provide a safe, caring, and connected experience for everyone who participates.

Please note that in addition to providing basic information about your student, you also need to complete additional forms to finish your student's registration:

1. Emergency contacts and medical information, so we can respond well in case of an urgent situation.
2. Media Consent, so we know whether you consent (or not) to photos and short videos being taken of your student participating in youth ministry activities.
3. Communication Consent (senior youth only), so we know if our youth pastor, Sarah Tully, (and only Sarah) has permission to contact your senior youth via text message.

This information is kept confidential and is used only by Artisan Church staff and authorized volunteers. Registration is completed once per school year and can be updated anytime if your details change.

Our hope is that this simple step will help foster a safe and welcoming environment where students can find welcome and connection, be nurtured in their faith, and have fun together.
